Training for organizations that have unique or complex information and have struggled to synthesize and package it in a way that encourages behavior change. In partnership with subject matter experts in the client organization, we construct custom training based on defined learner-oriented and measurable objectives. Accommodates various methods of adult learning theory including perceptual modality (the way we take in and perceive information) experiential learning (doing, exploring) and collateral materials. We work collaboratively ensuring that we define educational requirements and objectives. Training materials are created with sensitivity to budget, aesthetics and professionalism.
