A new twist to job hunting…

Samantha was unhappy and unfulfilled at work.

To find her dream job we not only had to prove her skills but demonstrate her personal traits…energy, creativity and drive. Using a series of collaborative work sessions that involved creative visioning, research and marketing activities we created a “Samantha brochure”.

We created a target list of organizations and determined their long term goals and determined the impact that Samantha could have on each organization. Samantha was able to create a “fit” based on the needs of the companies she researched. Her persistence and her fearless use of the techniques landed her a dream job…not to mention a few new skills along the way.
