Moments of truth are best handled face to face. The only true measure of a team is to achieve results. Define goals and results in a simple enough way as to be specific, measurable and actionable. Consensus is horrible, it becomes an attempt to please everyone and that just isn’t possible. If everything is important, than nothing is. Think about that next time you prioritize.
